Minimum Revenue Guarantee
Starts at $22,000 in F&B only. Does not include rooms, taxes, service charges or any other charges or fees.
• All weekends are a two night minimum stay and 3 night minimum on long weekends (no Saturday arrivals)
• Weddings of 60 or more guests with ceremony and reception onsite require full hotel buyout of the resort – minimum of 59 rooms for two nights
